A quiet place above the valley
Harikrishna Residency is a small hill retreat above Kodaikanal, set where the shola forest meets the valley. It began as a quiet family house and grew, slowly, into a place to host others — the same calm, a few more rooms. Placeholder copy.
We kept the building low and let the trees stay. Mornings here start in fog; by midday the valley opens and the light turns long and gold. Evenings are for woodfire and wool.
There are only a handful of rooms on purpose. Few guests, generous space, nothing rushed — the opposite of a busy town hotel. Placeholder copy the owner will replace.

The residency is run by its owners, who live on site and cook breakfast themselves. Ask them about treks, the lake, or where the mist sits best at dawn. Placeholder.
